To support the sustainability of this open-access model, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable to manuscripts that successfully complete the peer review process and are accepted for publication. Article processing charge rates
GPCL does not impose charges for manuscript submission, editorial processing, page usage, color printing, or manuscript withdrawal. The APC is applied once a manuscript is accepted for publication following thorough peer review.
For authors from Bangladesh, India, and Malaysia:
-5000 BDT/ 3500 INR/ 250 MYR
For authors from other countries:
Authors from countries other than Bangladesh, India, and Malaysia will be charged 100 USD per accepted article, depending on the financial situation of the author’s country. Please refer to the specific country-based table for exact rates.
Payment options
Authors can choose from the following payment methods,
Bank transfer: Make a direct payment to the provided bank account (refer to the invoice) and email the bank wire transfer receipt to GPCL.

Authors from Bangladesh and Malaysia are eligible for an APC waiver, making the publication process more accessible for researchers in these regions.
